1. Services. Party Planet Online provides event equipment rentals, staffing, decor, and digital event services. All online quotes are estimates; final pricing is confirmed after event date, venue, guest count, and logistics review.
2. Bookings & deposits. A 25% non-refundable deposit reserves equipment and crew. Balance is due 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations. 14+ days: full deposit credit toward a future date. 7–13 days: 50% credit. Under 7 days: deposit forfeited; costs already incurred may be billed.
4. Client responsibilities. Client provides accurate venue access, power, setup windows, and permissions. Outdoor installs require an approved weather plan; crew may pause for unsafe conditions.
5. Damage & liability. Normal wear is on us. Damage, theft, or loss caused by guests is billable at replacement cost. Our liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected booking.
6. Media. We only publish event photos/video with client consent. 360 booth galleries default to private links.
7. Master services. Venue Wi-Fi, custom software, and managed IT referred to Kline IT Solutions are governed by that engagement's own terms.
